Select the check box to the left of the desired fields to add them to your view. Click Customize in the top-right corner. Encryption: Designates if the meeting is or was encrypted. CRC: Designates if a SIP/H.323 device joined the meeting. Recording: Designates if the meeting is or was being recorded. 
Screen Sharing: Designates if there is or was screen sharing during the meeting. Video: Designates if there are participants who are sending video via a camera. VoIP: Designates if any participants are joining audio via their computer or mobile device. Phone: Designates if any participants are joining the audio via telephone. Participants: Shows the current number of participants in the meeting. Start Time: The time when the meeting started. Health, Issue, Video Quality, Audio Quality, and Screen Share Quality: Displays information for meeting quality scores and network alerts. In the top-right corner, click Customize, then select 3rd Party ID to add it as an additional column. Note: You can also view session IDs for third-party platforms that correlate with Zoom meeting IDs. Meeting ID: The meeting identification number of the meeting. Once on the Meetings tab, you will be shown the current live meetings or meetings that have been hosted on your account, which includes multiple columns of data. (Optional) Click Past Meetings to access historical meeting data.

How to access meeting and participant details.You can also see the license types of each user on your account. This overview will show if audio, video, screen sharing, and recording were being used in the meeting as well. Past meetings and webinars can be exported to a CSV file. The Meetings and Webinars sections of the Dashboard allow you to view the current live meetings or webinars as well as past meetings or webinars being held.
